The classic vinaigrette is made with three parts oil to one part vinegar. As you can see, this version has no oil in it at all, making it extremely low in calories. Ingredients
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried whole oregano
Pinches of rosemary and thyme
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 of a roasted red bell pepper
