I think I’m better able to say no to things and I think I’m better able to identify what is really worth putting my energy into, so I think that has made me more efficient. I think I’ve been good at assembling a team of people around me who I can work with and I can delegate to – I think I’m much better at delegating than I used to be. As you know, I work in two worlds, in the academic medical world and I work in the world of consumers and the academic medical world, I want to make sure that integrative medicine is on a really solid footing, that this becomes a central piece of healthcare in the future, and I feel well on the way of doing that. With the general public, I think there is a long way to go in getting people, in this country, especially, to adopt better lifestyle habits, to improve general health and reduce disease risk. So I think educating people in general, and I think kids especially, about things like healthy eating and healthy physical activity and stress reduction, that continues to be very important to me.
