Triphala is a popular Ayurvedic Indian herbal mixture of three fruits: Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Haritaki (Chebulic myrobalan), and Bibhitaki (Beleric myrobalan). It has been used for thousands of years as a purifying herb to help the body release toxins and restore balance.
Best Uses For Triphala:
Triphala is primarily used for constipation, colon cleansing, bowel irregularity, and digestive health. It is also used to lower some forms of cholesterol and high blood pressure.
