The patio herb garden at Dr. Weil’s new True Food Kitchen restaurant in Scottsdale, Ariz. is more than ornamental. Overflowing with basil, rosemary,  chili peppers and more, the garden is used daily by True Food’s talented chefs, whose dishes rely on the herbs’ fresh, vibrant flavors.
