I think the basic pillars of good health are fairly simple. It’s eating right, learning the principles of good nutrition, and applying those in your own life. Getting regular physical activity, all-important. Learning and practicing some method or methods of neutralizing harmful effects of stress. Maintaining social and intellectual connectivity as you go through life and attending to spiritual well-being, that is the non-physical dimension of our lives.
